For $100 dollars you will receive a pdf and the CADD file for the full set of construction documents. You will receive an instruction guide which explains how to print your drawings to the correct scale. You will also receive a Limited Copyright Release Certificate which will allow you to build the plan as often as you like and make as many copies of the plan as often as you need. A Copyright Release Certificate is usually required by most major print shops before they will allow you to make copies of your plan.

Drafted at 1/4” scale, fully dimensioned from outside face of stud to outside face of stud. All notes as required for proper construction, including ceiling heights and treatments, header heights, and any required general construction notations.
This is included on a separate sheet. This shows a suggested electrical layout for the house. An electrical legend is included for clarity.

All home plans were designed and drafted to meet average conditions and codes in the state of Florida at the time they were drawn. These plans can be modified to meet your local codes and all requirements. It is the responsibility of the purchaser and/or builder to insure that the home is built in strict compliance with all applicable codes (city, county, state and federal).
